IGS NE72

The NE72 

is a classic circuit based on the legendary British preamp from the 1980s. The NE72's input is transformer balanced. It is a pure A class circuit with the audio path reduced to minimum (ultra-short connections between elements). The construction consists of two steps of gain. The Gain and Output knobs drive the individual steps. The inputs and outputs are built on Carnhill transformers. It is a 2U unit.

Great for vocals, punchy kick drums and soft acoustic guitars. Wherever you take it, it will perform with the same great clarity!
